topic tape changer / media changer in Operating System - Linux

tape changer / media changer

Dear All ,
Currently my system is DL380G5 with MSL2024 (direct SCSI connection) .OS version is RHEL AS3 with update 7 .

Some how now , my system cant detect the media changer and only detect the drive .Please advice any step I miss out.

The device came with driver cd, yes?

Search the website above for the model number of the tape changer.
