I am using Mercury LoadRunner controller 8.1.0.0 build 1889.

I am having difficulty getting the controller to initialize more than 50 vusers quota. Does any body have an advice to what I need to do?

even when I had the Run-Time Settings Vuser Quota set at 2000.

As far as I know I have a 1500 vusers license.

Thank you.
