      <description>Hi all we are just started the vnc service with comamnd&lt;BR /&gt;./vncserver :0 -pn -localhost&lt;BR /&gt;then the next command is xhost +serverip&lt;BR /&gt;or xhost +serverhostname&lt;BR /&gt;The problem is error appear as &lt;BR /&gt;unable to open display "".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Pls advice&lt;BR /&gt;Fauziah</description>

      <description>I am running the command at unix 11.11.&lt;BR /&gt;All the while are ok so I can say we do have x environment here.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>OK problem solved.&lt;BR /&gt;Work together with DBA&lt;BR /&gt;She realise env for root don't have &lt;BR /&gt;DISPLAY=ip number :0.0&lt;BR /&gt;but if we su - oracle and check the env the the info is there.&lt;BR /&gt;So go back to root.&lt;BR /&gt;Run command &lt;BR /&gt;DISPLAY=&lt;SERVER ip=""&gt;:0.0&lt;BR /&gt;export DISPLAY&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;then when run xhost +&lt;SERVER ip=""&gt;, ok&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks all&lt;/SERVER&gt;&lt;/SERVER&gt;</description>
