Problem installing RedHat 3 on L385 G2

Hello,
I'm trying to install RedHat 3 on DL385 G2, but the problem is that this O.S. version doesn't recognize hdd controller (no hdd found).

Is there any way to solve this problem or is mandatory to install RH 4 ?

I have found the RH 3 diskette driver for DL385 G2.
Now the question is (I'm not a Linux expert):

I have not a floppy drive but only usb pen.
Can I load the driver form usb and how ?
The only way I know to install Linux is from graphical user interface.

Another update:

I've found a floppy drive too, but any of diskette drivers I've used (RH3 x386 and AMD64) works.
Maybe my distribution is less than update 6 ?

Solved.
I've used wrong drivers (mptlinux) instead of cciss.
Using cciss installation goes on
