RHEL ES4.0 installation on rx2620 is hanging

Hi,

Setup : RHEL ES4.0
Server : rx2620
Console : terminal console on serial port.

Issue: The installation boot process is getting hung at following line.

==>
"RAMDISK: Compressed image found at block 0
VFS: Mounted root (ext2 filesystem)"

Tried setting the console as "linux console=ttyS0" , still the issue persists.

i have attached the boot process as text file.

Please advise.
