    <description>Hi all,&lt;BR /&gt;I recently installed the VMware-server-1.0.0-24927 and created a virtual machine.When I start the server and leave it running for a periode of time my virtual machine turn on alone.&lt;BR /&gt;Does anyone know if there is an option for that?&lt;BR /&gt;I want to start my machine manually.I am not getting to solve this problem&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>

      <description>Shalom linuxtolinux,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There is a configuration screen that you can use to change options in the VNC server. I believe there is a check box labeled auto start if I'm not mistaken.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>

      <description>The VM should not have started on its own (obviously) so that is interesting behaviour.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Look in the /etc/init.d/vmware start script to see if it is turned on by default. Maybe the latest VM update (a week ago) does start all of the VM's.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you installed all of the latest VMWare Server packages (including the latest Beta 3 version of VMWare server) you can use the Perl module to manage VM startup and stop parameters.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;FYI though. You can only install the Perl module on 32 bit linux. It will not be available for 64 bit unfortunately.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Al</description>
