I'm having the same problem. I think it is actually a problem with udev or an incompatibility of iLO and udev.

other accounts of this problem exist elsewhere as well.
http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.linux.redhat.fedora.devel/40243
I try to install Linux on a DL320 G4, but when choosing Keyboard setting, the install system hang. When i open a console, dmesg shows that a mouse and an "HP Virtual Keyboard" are plugged, then unplugged continusly forever.
I disabled usb support in bios (F9) and also ILO 2 which seems to be the problem.

Is there an update to correct this problem ?

The virtual keyboard is a "feature" of iLo. You may want to make sure that your iLo has the latest firmware.

There seems to be a patch available for this:
http://www.mail-archive.com/linux-usb-devel@lists.sourceforge.net/msg41847.html

And the patch above is already in newer kernels (checked 2.6.17.8)
