HP Insight Manager V5.02

Hi,

i have installed the above on a Windows server, and have installed the latest agents on a HP DL585 with RedHat Enterprise V3.

When I get the system information it only shows as a server, but not the system spec ie. DL585 G1 or even the serial number.

Is it possible to configure SIM to get this info ?

Have you installed the ProLiant Pak agents?

Have you configured the SNMP to point to the SIM management server?

These items will get you the additional info.

I have installed all the HP drivers for the system, and have configured SNMP to point to the management station. Where are the Pak files ?

Look for the ProLiant Essentials server plugins.

I have all the plugins already installed.
