how to configure Masquerading in qmail in RHlinux server.

Not sure where is installed, but it should be something like this:

echo mydomain.com > /var/qmail/control/defaulthost
chmod 644 /var/qmail/control/defaulthost

Have a look here http://www.lifewithqmail.org/ too, if you can't work out how to masquerade you might need help with more stuff. I administer mine with http://www.webmin.com/ which may be useful too.
