      <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I just installed the suse 8 64 bit for itanium however, when i login i can getthe usb mouse to work. am i missing some device drive to enable the usb mouse as i can use the keyboard. also to note, this is not a direct attach mouse host and keyboard, im using an avocent dongle to connect to this host.&lt;BR /&gt;has anybody ever seen this issue.</description>

      <description>Eddie,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Update the versions of usb rpm's.  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There were major changes and additions to usb support in late 2002 timeframe.  It was quite common to see several devices not recognized or used without the updated rpm's.  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can use YOU or Red Carpet to grab the updates.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>that solved the mouse problem. however, now i try and configure the eth0 and eth2 lan interfaces and i get the following error message : &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;eth0 could not configure valid interface name eth0 &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;(Same for eth1) &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Why do i get this and how do i fix it ?</description>
