fedora core 3 installation error

Hi!! all

I have downloaded fedora core 3 iso files.
Now i am trying to install it through network using nfs or ftp

I have tried both the methods ,it gives the following error when starting anaconda.

Running anaconda, the fedora core system installer
Trackback (most recent call last):

file "/usr/bin/anaconda",line 677,m?

I have tried installing from cd also but it gives the same error

ANY KIND OF HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED

What kind of hardware are we talking about.

What is probably happening is the annaconda installer can't load. This would appear to be because of nonstandard hardware, usually video hardware.

I've seen this a lot on laptops.

Try using the text interface instead of the GUI interface.

At the boot: prompt, type 'text' and press enter.
