      <description>I have a DAT 72 and a OS Red Hat AS2.1 on x86 machine;&lt;BR /&gt;I have see that's compatible only with itanium systems,taht is 64bit machine, it's true;&lt;BR /&gt;someone have it installed on a x86 machine?&lt;BR /&gt;thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>What is the maker and model of the Dat drive.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have seen plenty of DAT 72 drives and see nor reason why it would not work with an x86 Intel machine or clone. All you shlould need is Red Hat drivers and the proper, supported SCSI card to connect it to.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>
