    <description>First - I don't suggest you to migrate your servers to LINUX if you don't have a linux guru  in your team/company.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Anyway - you should start from contact your local IBM/HP/Dell represantives, they will be happy to help you with migration plan.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As for now, there are two enterprise-ready distribution [IMHO, of course]  - RHEL [&lt;A href="http://www.redhat.com/software/rhel/]" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.redhat.com/software/rhel/]&lt;/A&gt; and SLES [&lt;A href="http://www.novell.com/products/linuxenterpriseserver/]." target="_blank"&gt;http://www.novell.com/products/linuxenterpriseserver/].&lt;/A&gt; If you have local RH or Suse branch, they may assist you too.</description>

      <description>I use Redhat and Fedora. &lt;BR /&gt;Up to today there aren't work that  this distro cannot do :) &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For www use apache. &lt;BR /&gt;for mail use:&lt;BR /&gt;sendmail &lt;BR /&gt;postfix&lt;BR /&gt;or &lt;BR /&gt;qmail &lt;BR /&gt;for chat there a lot of server/clients.&lt;BR /&gt;for proxy use squid. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;you can find documntation :&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/enterprise/" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/enterprise/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;for support hardware :&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://bugzilla.redhat.com/hwcert/list.cgi?component=Red+Hat+Enterprise+Linux&amp;amp;version=4&amp;amp;bug_status=CERTIFIED" target="_blank"&gt;http://bugzilla.redhat.com/hwcert/list.cgi?component=Red+Hat+Enterprise+Linux&amp;amp;version=4&amp;amp;bug_status=CERTIFIED&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
