Need Display Driver for Res. 1024 X 768 True Color (32 Bit)

I need to install 1024 X 768 True Color (32 Bit) configuration driver on my system i'm currently having the resolution set as 1024 X 768 highest 32 bit. I need this to be true color. My machine is HP COMPAQ Presario 2500 series.

Is the driver for this supplied with system itself please clarify, if not please specify how to go about it.

What OS does this computer use?

You have posted a Windows type question perhaps to the Linux forum.

To answer your question, I need to know the OS. That series computer will run windows or Linux.

If this is a windows situation I reccomend the following:

Install the OS pick the driver that meets the specification. Then go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com and download/install the latest driver.
