    <description>I think the answers point out that you need to define if you are interested in a performance cluster (Steven's answer) or one targeted at High Availability (Shaikh's response).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For HP supported clusters &lt;A href="http://h10018.www1.hp.com/wwsolutions/linux/clusters.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://h10018.www1.hp.com/wwsolutions/linux/clusters.html&lt;/A&gt; is a good starting point.  This should give much of the high level comparison data on both types of clusters.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The docs that Shaikh's references are old.  If you want detailed docs go to &lt;A href="http://docs.hp.com/hpux/ha/index.html#ServiceGuard%20for%20Linux" target="_blank"&gt;http://docs.hp.com/hpux/ha/index.html#ServiceGuard%20for%20Linux&lt;/A&gt; and look for the docs that are February 2004.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
