If you're talking about Gnome
then usually -right click on the pannel , then choose "add to pannel" from the menu.
All that's left is to find the apropriate utility....

Without using Add to Panel,how can i add in Lancher Panel?.

Hello,

if we are talking KDE, then the K Menu editor is the tool you need.

Maybe you can provide some more details on your environment and the specific problem ? ;-)

You are still not giving the relevant information, are you using Gnome, KDE, fvwm...?
Which version of the Desktop? Do you want to add the icons systemwide or for a specific user?

I am using Gnome of Red Hat Linux 9.0 or Red Hat Linux 8.0.
