    <description>You have to have talk-server package installed and enabled.&lt;BR /&gt;It's xinetd based service&lt;BR /&gt;in redhat 6.2 I guess you have to edit the file /etc/inetd.conf and change the line with ntalk to enabled.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;try to run &lt;BR /&gt;chkconfig ntalk on</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Two users are logged in their machines, can the fist user talk to another user who is in other machine&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ex: Machine A has user A&lt;BR /&gt;Machine B has User B,  can machine A User A  use talk command to talk to machine B user B.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;when i try i get the following message&lt;BR /&gt;[Your party is refusing messages]&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks&lt;BR /&gt;chakri</description>
