I think you best repost this to the HP-UX forums .

You can probably find pointer for this on www.samba.org or here by doing a search on "samba 2.2.2" "10.20"

You can get 2.2.3a here. Its very hard to get old versions.

As 10.2 is no more supported, hp wont provide CIFS depots for 10.2.

You only option is to go to http://www.samba.org

Download and compile the source. HP will not provide depots even on its porting center. I am hunting one down for possible posting on my private website but quite honestly my lawyer thinks if someone messes up a system with it, I'll get sued.
