    <description>Hi Dagmar,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Yep, like Caesar said, you can't software mirror a logical volume in RH, even version 9.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Shame really - this is a big chunk of functionality that's missing.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can either use software RAID (which is really simple in RH) or, if your budget will stretch far enough you could maybe purchase a hardware RAID configuration, then you can use LV's.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ollie.</description>

      <description>You can run LVM on top of a software RAID&lt;BR /&gt;in RedHat. This can all be done using the&lt;BR /&gt;graphical installation tools.</description>
