ITRC is one of the most efficient forums, if not THE most efficient forum, (quick and accurate responses) I've come accross.

this is good stuff. I knew this forum was useful and that the answers (i've received) have really helped and made it possible to get my questions answered withouth going to HP for help. I'd just like to say thanks to all those out there (on this forum) that have helped me. and I'd also like to say you're welcome to all those who i've been able to help. I really like participating in this forum and am glad for everyone here.
