I need comparative information (benchmarking) about deploy a SAP solution on:

Linux - Oracle
HP-UX - Oracle
NT - SQL

can someone send me valuable hints?

HP-UX - Oracle: For large scale OLTP system, such as SAP, Oracle Application, I would suggest you deploying it on HP-UX system.
Linux - Oracle: there are serveral application running on this combination in my shop. But they are not 24x7 sytems.
NT: Try it in your leisure.
