Popup windows<BR />(like those in the gnome menu), tooltips etc..<BR />don't get refreshed properly. The popup window<BR />will stay on the screen, even after moving the<BR />mouse cursor and clicking on a different window.<BR />These windows will only disappear only when covered by another window, which will then refresh this portion of the display.<BR /><BR />All applications with popups, tooltips etc.<BR />are affected. I tried under KDE and other windows manager but the problem still persists.<BR /><BR />Everything was working fine on this system until I installed an internal application<BR />(that I don't have control over) and rebooted the system. This is the only problem I have<BR />on this system.<BR /><BR />Any idea of what could have caused this problem? Is there a Xwindows config file that could have been modified? The supplier of our internal application does not see this issue on his side.
