      <description>Well, nagios config files are actually ~10. You need:&lt;BR /&gt; - main nagios file, nagios.cfg&lt;BR /&gt; - contacts.cfg and contactgroups.cfg&lt;BR /&gt; - hostgroups.cfg and hosts.cfg&lt;BR /&gt; - checksommands.cfg and services.cfg&lt;BR /&gt; - timeperiods.cfg&lt;BR /&gt; - dependencies.cfg, escalations.cfg&lt;BR /&gt; - misccommands.cfg&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I started by installing nagios with default (it has quite good default), and adding 1 contact and 1 host. That should work.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do you need more information? Or are you referring to a specific file among these?</description>
