Adding drives with XP512/Emulex FC-Controller

Hi,

did anybody find a solution for the following:

We have a linux server atttached to an HP XP 512 (SAN) via an Emulex LP952 FC-controller.

Now if we would like to map new "drives" to the server, how can we make the scsi/fc-Driver recognize that there are new drives without reloading the module ?

Is there something like ioscan on HP-UX around ?
