      <description>This is how mine works:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Plug in the camera..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Turn it on..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do a more on /var/log/messages and go to the bottom.  There should be a message about "found device /dev/sdf0 or whatever.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then you can&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;mkdir /mnt/camera&lt;BR /&gt;mount -t msdos /dev/sdf0 /mnt/camera&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You may have to have the scsi drivers compiled (built in, or as a module) to get this to work since it sees the camera as a scsi device.</description>

      <description>Here's what I got when doing dmesg to see if it recognize my JVC digital camera:&lt;BR /&gt;usb.c: USB device 2 (vend/prod 0x4f1/0x4) is not claimed by any active driver.&lt;BR /&gt;Initializing USB Mass Storage driver...&lt;BR /&gt;usb.c: registered new driver usb-storage&lt;BR /&gt;scsi1 : SCSI emulation for USB Mass Storage devices&lt;BR /&gt;  Vendor: JVC       Model: DV CAMERA         Rev: 0000&lt;BR /&gt;  Type:   Direct-Access                      ANSI SCSI revision: 02&lt;BR /&gt;WARNING: USB Mass Storage data integrity not assured&lt;BR /&gt;USB Mass Storage device found at 2&lt;BR /&gt;USB Mass Storage support registered.&lt;BR /&gt;parport0: PC-style at 0x378 (0x778) [PCSPP,TRISTATE]&lt;BR /&gt;parport0: irq 7 detected&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any idea if the driver is loaded? If so, what device name should I use to mount it? Thanks.</description>
