I have installed them, but Oracle9iAS does not attached to the running database. In other words tnsping from 6iserver doesn't work with it tnsnames.ora, which includes corresponding block from databases tnsnames.ora. I know that there is some additional steps for tuning manually Ora9iAS for my case.
