Pros and Cons on MS Frontpage extensions for Apache/Linux

Hello all,

do you have any experience about installing MS Frontpage extensions onto a Linux (SuSE7.x)server running Apache (1.3.x, perhaps 2.0.x soon)? Especially security wise!
Oh, and since it will take another week to "use" your answers, please tell me, wether you want some points immediatly, or potentially more points after my "testing"...

I do not have personal experience in this but was perusing the apachetoday.com site and found an article you might find interesting.
Although it doesn't contain much security information, it does contain a patch you might want.
