https://community.hpe.com/t5/operating-system-linux/mandrake-driver/m-p/2708625#M78885 Compaq does not supply any drivers for mandrake but I checked on the support page of mandrake at <A href="http://www.mandrakelinux.com/en/hardware.php3" target="_blank">http://www.mandrakelinux.com/en/hardware.php3</A> and it will support the smart array 532, the dat drive and the nic controller by default so you shouldn't have any problems with the OS install.
