You can try to install in text mode or expert mode, which may bypass the video card detection, but not in all cases. This is a problem with the video chipset on the 1600 which is a cirrus logic and it has probing issues with redhat 7.3. If all fails, you may have to install redhat 7.2 instead since I have had more luck with it.
