Aureal 3D drivers for Red Hat 7.2

I own an HP Pavilion 6615 pc which has aureal 3d sound card. The sound card functions perfectly when running windows 98. I recently installed Red Hat Linux 7.2 on my system, but linux does not recognize the aureal card. Also running sndconfig does not solve the problem. Searching for the drivers have not given positive results. Can anyone please help me?

I have already downloaded the aureal drivers but when I follow the instructions for installing the driver, it gives some errors. The documentation says that if there are any errors then recompile the kernel with sound support. Can you help me as I don't know how to do it?
