I'm trying to set up amanda on a debian server. However, i keep getting a parse error in relation to the tapelist in amanda.conf. This error occurs even when i run amcheck on the sample amanda.conf file. Also, does anyone know how to setup a Compaq/HP 35GB AIT autoloader with amanda?

I think you need to give us some more info on the error and the contents on the tapelist to solve your problem...
