    <description>Are you talking about autoreboot? - where, if it&lt;BR /&gt;loses power, and then power is restored, it comes up by itself?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Mine does that. All I have is the default entry in &lt;INITTAB&gt; set to "5" - for full X11.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/INITTAB&gt;</description>

      <description>Thanks, but "No".  ASR is a hardware feature that requires some kind of driver.  It automatically restarts a server if the OS hangs.  I don not know, but I imagine that it is some kind of timer that the device driver enables, and periodically resets.  If the driver does not reset it (OS hung) then the hardware initiates a reboot.  HP provides drivers for NT, Netware, SCO but not Linux (best I can find out).</description>
