Intel i810 X Server for HP Pavilion

Quite a number of HP owners who have PC equipped with
i810 graphics would like to have a fully functional
X server under Linux. Only limited resolution is
possible at this point...

A number of people (like myself) have attempted to
produce one but i810 registers are not fully documented
in publicly available Intel documentation.

A company such as HP which no doubt has access to this
documentation or the Intel API which is available for
the i810 should look at a producing such a server.

Try ftp://ftp.precisioninsight.com/pub/pi/XFCom/ ( Be sure to also get
I810Gtt-0.1-rh6x.i386.rpm). I believe that it is planned for these drivers to
be wrapped into XFree in a future release.
