    <description>A guess is that the FTP client on FC5 is trying to do an AUTH KERBEROS_V4 after establishing the connection and the remote system does not support the AUTH command.  I don't know why the remote system closes the connection, or how to configure the FTP client on FC5 so that it doesn't try Kerberos authentication automatically.</description>

      <description>Hi Guys&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have a ftp problem. I have a two linux server one is Fedora Core 5.0 and another is RHL 9.0.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am trying to ftp from RHL9.0 then i am getting following connectivity.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;FTP &lt;IP address=""&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Connected to &lt;IP address=""&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;220 Service ready &lt;BR /&gt;Name (IP:sysadmin): &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;BUT when i am trying from FC5 i am getting following error.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;FTP &lt;IP address=""&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;220 Service Ready&lt;BR /&gt;500 Unsupported command&lt;BR /&gt;421 Service not available, remote server has closed connection&lt;BR /&gt;KERBEROS_V4 rejected as an authentication type&lt;BR /&gt;Name (10.133.123.18:root):&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you please guide me what could be the problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;BR /&gt;Manish&lt;/IP&gt;&lt;/IP&gt;&lt;/IP&gt;</description>
