All pages for a given domain?

or everything?

If the first, something like this:

acl domain_block url_regex ^http://*.domain.com
http_access deny domain_block

That can be expanded or more defiend should you so desire.

If you want to block everything, then just don't have any 'http_access allow' statements for your network.
