    <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alaways the latest stable version has more functionality other than the previous version. better you read the release notes of the versions.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and practically you can deploy it in a test mashine for testing.</description>

      <description>hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've squid version 2.6.STABLE5 installed on Pentium P4, 2.0 Ghz, 2 GB RAM with Debian Etch stable for 180 users.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;has squid3 more performance than squid2 ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;should I change to squid 3 ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;what's your opinion about squid 3 ?</description>

      <description>Shalom,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;They try and improve performance in later versions.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'd recommend setting up a test squid box, and migrating your users in groups as a test. If something goes wrong, switch back.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I don't recommend taking other peoples advice on this.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>
