      <description>I am installing Veritas Backup Exec Remote Agent on linux Server and I getting the below message:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Verify communication with (Hostname)....ping successful.....is an unsupported platform&lt;BR /&gt;Attempting rsh with (Hostname)....rsh on (Hostname) results in extraneous characters &lt;BR /&gt;CPI WARNING V-9-10-1020 &lt;BR /&gt;mail cannot communicate with or does not have rsh  &lt;BR /&gt;permissions with the following system (Hostname)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've attempted by adding 'rsh', 'rlogin', 'rexec' in /etc/securetty&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I get:&lt;BR /&gt;Trying krb4 rsh...&lt;BR /&gt;connect to address (Hostname): Connection refused&lt;BR /&gt;trying normal rsh (/usr/bin/rsh)&lt;BR /&gt;(Hostname): Connection refused&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can anyone help me to solve this problem...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks &amp;amp; Regards &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Kumar&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
