    <description>As far as I know, Trusted system is strictly an HP-UX term. By default, most, if not all, Linux distributions use shadow password files, which is more secure than the old style passwd file that HP-UX uses by default, but they have no equivalent TCB database implementation that I recall seeing (unless there's some third party software that adds that capability).</description>
