Cisco's support for Linux clients is weak. I've seen a ton of bugs in their Windows client.

Cisco should have a client they support listed somewhere in their slighly disorganized website.

http://www.cisco.com

SEP

You can use any VPN client which uses IPSEC over TCP. My favorite: FreeS/WAN.

Regards,
Sergejs

Hey Chris,

If you have a Cisco contract you can get Cisco's Linux Easy VPN client at http://www.cisco.com/kobayashi/sw-center/vpn/client/ . You will need to surf a bit from there as you will need to go through the selection of "Strong Encryption Software under export licensing controls".

Other possibilities are VPNC (http://www.unix-ag.uni-kl.de/~massar/vpnc/) and Openswan (http://www.openswan.org/). I havn't used VPNC but it is available as an installable package for several distributions and may be included in yours. Openswan is a continuation of FreeS/WAN. It has been about 2 years since I have worked with FreeS/WAN.

HTH,
Rik
