Wireless on zv6000

Morning,

I have a zv 6000 Pavilion - 6115EA - with Broadcom wireless on board. The wlan is working (tested under XP) but under linux - Ubuntu Hoary - ndiswrapper is loaded, the wlan interface is here, but I can't find the access point.

iwlist wlan0 scan -> No scan results

I have another notebook with Broadcom + ndiswrapper which is showing the network with this command.

I think the problem is coming from the wireless button from zv 6000 which is off.

How can I emulate the HP wireless assistant from XP under linux?

Look to the driver of your router, possible you must upgrade it
My pavillon wasnt work with the SMC barricade, y upgrade the driver, and now every thing is OK

Problem was with Hoary. I upgraded to Breezy and all went fine.
