      <description>I installed the HP Wireless Assistant on the laptop, then logoff administrator and log on as a normal user without admin rights. The wireless is not working.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does wireless device require administrator rights to operate ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
