      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;One of the linux omniback diskagents is performing very slow ( &amp;lt; 1Mbit/s ). When the backup is running the messages file is filled with this repeating errors:&lt;BR /&gt;...&lt;BR /&gt;Kernel: RPC: sendmsg returned error 22&lt;BR /&gt;Kernel: nfs: RPCcall returned error 22&lt;BR /&gt;...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does anybody heve a clue?</description>

      <description>Look at the obvious first.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try another ethernet cable.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try the cable in another switch port.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Re-verify that indeed it is at Full Duplex&lt;BR /&gt;on both the Switch and NIC.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Turn off auto-negotiate.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Verify that the installed software driver for the NIC is the correct one.  There are all kinds of problems with accidentally using the wrong 3Com driver for a card and it ends up working anyway.  Reliability usually suffers.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the cable works on another system, to that same port on the switch, try swapping out the NIC.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
