modem on hp-pavilion notebook

I'm trying to set up the modem of my notebook, it is an hp-pavilion notebook n3250, on RH Linux 9.0. Where can i find the driver for it, or does anyone knows the FCC number of the modem chipset??

You should be able to set it up with standard internal modem in RH9, can't you ?
You have the hcl here :
http://www.redhat.com/software/linux/technical/hcl/
from there you'll be able to check your notebook hardware compatibility.
