How to add a footer into the all outgoing messages from my sendmail??

The answer depends on your methodology.

I'm attaching a script that could easily be modified to contain a footer.

It originated on hp-ux but its better than a blank screen.

Sendmail by default can't add a footer.
You can purchase a Policy Enforcement Filter named "message appender" at sendmail.com or patch sendmail sources to add footers to each message delivered.
