      <description>You can use squid, but if You need other apps, like ICQ, maybe You need application level proxy like socks. See &lt;A href="http://www.socks.nec.com" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.socks.nec.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On this place You can get MS Win client (if You need) that can socks-alize apps w/o socks support :-)</description>
