      <title>a runtime error from hp-ux</title>

      <description>hi all:&lt;BR /&gt;  when i run a program on a hp-ux 11i system,i have got the following error:&lt;BR /&gt;  /usr/lib/hpux64/dld.so: Unsatisfied code symbol '__divdf3' in load module '/billing/bin/collector'.&lt;BR /&gt;  &lt;BR /&gt;  The system enviroment as follows:&lt;BR /&gt;  &lt;BR /&gt;Platform info:&lt;BR /&gt;   model string =          "ia64 hp server rx4640"&lt;BR /&gt;   machine id number =     5325c998-e896-11d8-befc-3e40c1650117&lt;BR /&gt;   machine serial number = SGH4427J4F&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;OS info:&lt;BR /&gt;   sysname  = HP-UX&lt;BR /&gt;   nodename = SRBZ-2&lt;BR /&gt;   release  = B.11.23&lt;BR /&gt;   version  = U (unlimited-user license)&lt;BR /&gt;   machine  = ia64&lt;BR /&gt;   idnumber = 1394985368&lt;BR /&gt;   vmunix _release_version:               &lt;BR /&gt;@  $Revision: vmunix:    B11.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I don't know where the problem is ,please help me!!</description>

      <description>&amp;gt;ahsan: see this link&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This isn't the correct solution.  The proper solution is to link with the right gcc library in the right order.  Or give up thinking and use -Wl,+n.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I assume jackie_siu built collector?</description>
