      <description>Good Morning, &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have a script that when run as root it works with out issue but when run as any other users I get this &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;javax.mail.MessagingException: 501 Syntax error in parameters or arguments - &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;        at com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPTransport.issueCommand(SMTPTransport.java:1363)&lt;BR /&gt;        at com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPTransport.helo(SMTPTransport.java:838)&lt;BR /&gt;        at com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPTransport.protocolConnect(SMTPTransport.java:3)&lt;BR /&gt;        at javax.mail.Service.connect(Service.java:275)&lt;BR /&gt;        at javax.mail.Service.connect(Service.java:156)&lt;BR /&gt;        at javax.mail.Service.connect(Service.java:105)&lt;BR /&gt;        at javax.mail.Transport.send0(Transport.java:168)&lt;BR /&gt;        at javax.mail.Transport.send(Transport.java:98)&lt;BR /&gt;        at sendemail.sendASSY.SendMessage(sendASSY.java:71)&lt;BR /&gt;        at schedule.email862.main(email862.java:28)&lt;BR /&gt;Generating CIVIC Email&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have checked the rights and path varibles and all looks ok.       <description>Shalom,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Two ideas:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1) Bad application code is causing a crash and generating an smtp message.&lt;BR /&gt;2) Application code is trying to send an smtp(email) message and the systems server configuration is not permitting.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What are we running here?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>
