Upgrading AnSi C 6.00 - 6.10

HI,
I want to upgarde my anci C 6.00 on 11.23 (itanium). to ansi C 6.10. can soem body help me on this. is there any patch or bundle available.

Shalom Benno,

Ansi C as I recall requires a license. If you have a license and code word you will find it on your Application CD's which you get if you have a software contract.

After obtaining the software, the installation is simple swinstall -s

It can be done while the system is live. If you have users they should be notified in advance.

Make sure products that use AnsiC like perhaps Oracle are certified for the new version.

thanks for your comments, but may be i was not cleaer. i have laready installed and have a working ansi C 6.00 now i want to upgrade it to 6.10. i wanted to know if there is a bundle which can directly upgrade my current ansi C version 6.00 to 6.10.

As mentioned by Peter and SEP, you must either have a support contract or you must purchase A.06.10. Peter's second link points to the latter.

Instead of looking at Peter's first link, you should look at:

This says you can only patch A.06.00 up to A.06.02, with PHSS_33277.

The latest patch for A.06.10 is A.06.13, PHSS_35751.
