      <description>Dear Experts,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I create a user and use c shell  (/bin/csh in /etc/passwd), when l login it says:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;root: Command not found.&lt;BR /&gt;root: Undefined variable.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please tell me how to fix it. Thanks</description>

      <description>I'm not sure about this but it could be a problem with your .csh.login or one of the startup files.  It may also be boune/korn shell syntax in a startuo file.  Are you logging in as root?  If not, then it might be that the entry in /etc/passwd isn't correct and it's taking a UID of 0.</description>
