Installing weblogic on hpux 11i v2

Hi guys,
I am trying to install weblogic 6.1 on hpux 11i v2 server...through x-manager...as soon i run

root#>./weblogic610sp6 _hp.bin
Preparing to install...
interpreter "/bin/ksh" not found
file link resolves to "/sbin/ksh"
interpreter "/bin/ksh" not found
file link resolves to "/sbin/ksh"
./weblogic610sp6_hp.bin[1846]: /tmp/install.dir.19035/Solaris/resource/jre/jre/bin/java: not found.

May i know what's happening here...????

Hi:

The path '/bin' is a transition link to '/usr/bin' and is deprecated. If you don't have a symbolic link called '/bin' that points to '/usr/bin', then create one for the purpose of your installation.

Shalom,

I'd say this weblogic installation is designed for solaris, which supports /bin/ksh and such.

You can ln -s /bin/ksh /usr/bin/ksh

This might fool the installation but I don't think this is the last probelm you are going to have with it.

Also, think about searching itrc from google as follows:
search terms site:itrc.hp.com

There have been a lot of weblogic issues.
